Subodh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and the Founder of Subodh Benipuri & Associates. He has over 28 years of varied experience in the domain of Finance & Accounts, Budgeting, MIS development, compliance of Business Process, Financial advisory, ERP implementation, Banker, Audit, Taxation, Corporate Governance and lots more through multi-industry international experience in U.A.E. and U.S.A. along with a vast experience in India.

He is a specialist in Problem analysis with innovative solutions, process simplification / automation / cost reduction, value addition and contribution in achieving organization objectives for our Clients for better results today and to establish a sustainable future.

He possesses rich experience in the field of Auditing and Assurance Services, Corporate Laws, Income Tax and GST and has successfully served clients across all service, trading and manufacturing industries during the course of his practice and past industry experience. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Risk Advisory, Corporate Financial Advisory, Corporate Governance, Investigations and Special Audits, Corporate and Labour Laws compliances, IFRS and Corporate Accounting Solutions.

He has a considerable experience in advising clients on complex issues related to financial health check reviews, due diligence, business re-organizations, tax restructuring (both direct and indirect tax), financial restructuring, divestment and cash repatriation planning. His key competencies include litigation support/ representing clients before various Judicial levels, assisting clients in audits conducted by various Authorities, tax refund / rebate matters for various exporters, BPOs, EOUs, etc.
